This is the preferred method. Bring raw sardines and red spiders' eggs to tower of life--spidines drop noted eggs after achievement diary. DJP fairy ring next to the tower; sardines caught with bait and plain fishing rod west of barbarian outpost OR an even better way is to buy them from the Rellekka shop; Forthos dungeon is good place to get the initial eggs

Temple spiders in the Forthos dungeon have a 1/30 drop rate for red spiders' eggs, which are the secondary ingredient for super restores. They are dropped noted in stacks of up to 5.
If you're going to be here for a while, I recommend collecting 4 of each of the three tattered pages and completing the In Search of Knowledge miniquest. You will one of each, then two of each, with these pages so no need to worry about going dry for one only.
A good strategy for fighting them, since you are surrounded by red spiders' eggs, is to leave with a few unnoted ones and come back with fresh super restores if you have a stack of snapdragons already but no super restores.
